This is a Amethyst, Blue Topaz, 14K Y.G. Rope Twist Pendant Necklace 18"long necklace and 1-3/4"High and 7/8"Wide, There are three stones, one is amethyst round in shape, two different shades of blue topaz, but we are not sure, Very  pretty and elegant looking, Is in very nice condition and would make a lovely gift.
