This is a Baume & Mercier mechanical Solid 14K Gold W/ Diamonds Watch Ring Rare 6-1/2". It says Baume & Mercier on the dial, dial is 6/8"High and 1/2"Wide.  its running good and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, there are 13 diamonds graduating in the middle about 1mm . It is in very nice condition and would make a lovely gift. Please see pictures. marked 14k gold in the back. Very nice and unusual ring watch, very RARE .
