This is a Blue Topaz & Diamond 14K Gold Pendant Necklace 18"Long and pendant is 7/8"High , It has got oval shape blue topaz 8.5mm high and 6.5mm wide, diamond 1mm on top of it, marked 14k on the pendant and chain . looks pretty and cool, is in very nice condition and would make a lovely gift.
