This is a Real Cameo 14k Y.G. Small Crown Gemstones Pin Rare & Unusual 1"Wide and 6/8"High, Malachite on both sides 10mm high and 4mm wide, 5 opals in the bottom about 2mm each, and the cameo in the middle has beautifully carved lady , garnet under the cameo, Aquamarine on the either side of cameo, is in very nice condition, very rare and unusual little gem of a pin, looks pretty. Marked 14k in the back, look at pictures, would also make a lovely gift.
