This is a very beautiful Ciner Sunburst Elegant Gorgeous Design VTG Pin , the maker appears to be Ciner a little hard to decipher.  It is 2-1/2 " Height and wide. It is very pretty and well made, very excellent in condition. This would be a lovely addition to your collection.
