This is a Double Lady Cameo Oval VTG  Pin 1-1/2"High and 1-1/4"Wide. It has got two lady carved cameo in oval shape, Please look at the pictures. There is a writing "Alice" In the back.  Is in very nice condition. It would make a lovely gift. It looks like they mounted it on other one.
