This is a Lace Agate & Sapphire Judith Ripka Sterling VTG Pendant Necklace 16"Long, pendant is 1-1/2"High and 1"Wide. Lace agate is 20mm high and 15mm wide, There are three sapphires 2mm . Signed Judith Ripka 925 in the Back, Has also got a sterling  Rope necklace , looks pretty and elegant. the Chain is not marked.  Is in very nice condition and would make a lovely gift, please see pictures.
