This is a Lovely Kay Jewelers Leo Diamond Ring, There is no certificate  with this ring.  I have been a jeweler and I can give you my best description as a jeweler and appraiser fair and honestly for 35 years.  The Center Diamond is .62 points and Radiant or Princess cut, there are 3 Radiant cut diamonds on each side, 14.5 points each for a total of 1.50 carats.  They are approximately an G Color and VS2/Si I do not see imperfections with a 10x loupe or magnification.  It is marked Leo with a tiny diamond inside and 14K & Platinum, It is a size 7.   If you have questions please ask.
