This is a really nice Old and Very Lovely, Latticino Glass with a cork material around the glass at the bottom, all measurements are clear in the title.  No cracks, no chips, no damage. Colors are Purple, lavender & a light Orange.  Very unsual and old.   2-3/4" h X 15.8-18.3MM
