This is a Sapphire, Emeralds & Diamonds 14K Y.G. Unusual Magnificient VTG Ring 7-1/2", 3/4"Wide but you can extend it, has got sapphires on either side on diamonds in the middle and emeralds are on the top and bottom , there are 4 emeralds 3mm each, 28 small diamonds , 60 sapphires 1mm each, Looks pretty and elegant , marked 14k inside, please see pictures. very nice in condition and would make a lovely gift.
