This is a handcrafted beautiful sterling silver pin with genuine freshwater pearls. The pearls are 2 different colors, one being silver, and one being cream colored. The back circle of the pin does not appear to be sterling silver, but the front shell is. The dimensions of the pin is approximately 2" around, and this would be a great addition to any collection.
